AAV(PHP.S)-CAG-tdTOMATO is a pre-packaged rAAV vector in serotype PHP.S (capsid from serotype PHP.S and 2xITR from serotype 2) which expresses tdTOMATO under CAG promoter. Ready to use format.

rAAV serotype PHP.S, a newly identified artificial serotype, was proved to transduce peripheral nervous systems most efficiently. It was reported that 1x10^12 VG of AAV-PHP.S transduced 82% of dorsal root ganglion neurons while same dose of AAV serotype 9 failed to transduce.
