Description:
mMKOS stands for 4 mouse stem cell factors which are c-Myc-F2A-Klf4-T2A-Oct4-E2A-Sox2 (BC006728, NM_010637, NM_013633 and NM_011443). Ad-mMKOS-GFP uses 2A “self-cleaving” peptides, which support efficient polycistronic expression from a single promoter to reduce the number of viruses necessary to reprogram somatic cells. Ad-mMKOS-GFP will over-express the four transcriptional factors under CMV promoter with co-expression of GFP.
