LiScript™ Fast RT Master Mix (200 rxns)

LiScript™ Fast RT Master Mix is a cutting-edge reagent designed for rapid reverse transcription. The 5× LiScript RT Master Mix is a comprehensive formulation that includes all essential components required for the synthesis of the first strand of complementary DNA (cDNA). This mix is engineered to achieve higher efficiency and yield in cDNA first-strand synthesis, capable of generating cDNA from as little as picogram (pg) amounts of total RNA or messenger RNA (mRNA). The entire reaction can be accomplished in a remarkably short time of just 15 minutes.

This kit is ideally suited for high-throughput applications, such as the rapid synthesis of first-strand cDNA, followed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR), and the construction of full-length cDNA libraries.
