LiScript™ Fast RT Master Mix (+gDNA wiper) (100 rxns)

LiScript™ Fast RT Master Mix (+gDNA wiper) is an innovative kit that facilitates reverse transcription following the efficient removal of genomic DNA. This kit swiftly eliminates genomic DNA within just 2 minutes at 42°C. Notably, the reverse transcription reagents are formulated with components that inhibit the gDNA Remover, allowing samples treated with the gDNA remover to be directly applied to the reverse transcription reaction for cDNA synthesis.

The kit features a state-of-the-art high-performance reverse transcriptase. The 5× LiScript™ RT Master Mix is a complete solution that includes all necessary components for reverse transcription. A unique mutation site significantly boosts the enzyme's transcriptional activity, resulting in increased efficiency and yield in the first-strand cDNA synthesis. This kit can synthesize the first strand of cDNA from as little as picogram (pg) amounts of total RNA or mRNA. For downstream qPCR applications, the reverse transcription reaction can be completed in a swift 15 minutes.

This kit is perfectly tailored for the synthesis of first-strand cDNA and is compatible with subsequent applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, and the construction of full-length cDNA libraries.
