Lysosome Green Stain (1 ml)

Lysosome Green is a green lysosomal dye that stains lysosome in living cells. Lysosome Green can be used to measure the pH of acidic organelles, such as lysosomes. The Lysosome Green becomes more fluorescent in acidic environments with pKa at ~5.2.
