LiScript™ One Step Probe RT-qPCR Kit is meticulously engineered for quantitative PCR (qPCR) applications that utilize RNA directly as a template, such as viral RNA. By employing gene-specific primers (GSP), this kit enables both reverse transcription and qPCR to be seamlessly conducted within a single tube, thereby significantly streamlining pipetting steps and minimizing the risk of contamination. The kit is also designed to prevent PCR product contamination.
Incorporating the exceptional performance of LiScript™ Reverse Transcriptase and the high-efficiency hot-start LiTaq™ DNA Polymerase, along with a meticulously optimized buffer system, the LiScript™ One Step qRT-PCR Probe Kit boasts a detection sensitivity capable of detecting as little as 0.1 pg of total RNA or fewer than 10 copies of RNA templates, while also offering enhanced thermal stability.
LiScript™ One Step Probe RT-qPCR Kit is supplied in a convenient Master Mix format. The 5× One Step Mix includes a carefully balanced buffer and dNTP Mix, making it ideal for high-specificity detection systems that rely on fluorescence-labeled probes, such as TaqMan assays.
