LiScript™ Reverse Transcriptase (10000 U)

For RNA with complex secondary structure, LiScript™ reverse transcription reaction temperature can be raised to 50 ~ 55°C. In addition, this product has superior continuous synthesis ability and inhibitor tolerance.
