Transfection Reagents

Transfection Reagents

Based on our unique polymer synthesis technologies, currently we are developing and manufacturing four categories of transfection reagents, which show distinct transfection characteristics compared with the leading products in the market. What's more important is that the transfection reagents we are manufacturing are very affordable and will save your precious research budget.

Figure A & B. Assessment of PrimeFectTM transfection efficiencies for siRNA. Hela cell line was transfected with either a GFP cDNA (A), or co-tranfected with GFP cDNA and an anti-GFP siRNA (B). Transfection efficiencies were assessed by GFP signal.
Figure C & D. Comparison of PrimeFectTM and Lipofectamine® 2000 in plasmid transfection on mouse neuronal cells. Mouse neuronal cells were transfected with a GFP-expressing plasmid using either PrimeFect™ transfection reagent (C), or Lipofectamine® 2000 (D). Cells were visualized 48 hours post-transfection under fluorescence microscopy (GFP filter).

Assessment of GreenFect™ transfection efficiencies using GFP visualization. A549, NIH3T3, HepG2, and MCF7 cell lines were transfected with a GFP-expressing plasmid using the indicated transfection reagents. Cells were visualized 48 hours post-transfection under fluorescence microscopy (GFP filter).
