Case Study
DNA was extracted from leaves of 100 mg various plant tissues with Super Plant Genomic Kit according to the instruction. M: Marker D15000. 3 μl of 100 μl eluate was loaded per lane. The experimental results show that Super Plant Genomic Kit can be used to extract a variety of complex plant samples, including polysaccharides & polyphenolics-rich plant samples, with high extraction yield and purity.
