The LiQuant™ dsDNA BR Assay Kit offers a straightforward, sensitive, and precise method for quantifying double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). This comprehensive kit includes a concentrated assay reagent, dilution buffer, and pre-diluted dsDNA standards, ensuring a reliable and efficient quantification process.

Highly selective for dsDNA, the kit is exceptionally reliable in detecting dsDNA concentrations from 2 to 1000 ng. It boasts superior stability, a wide linear dynamic range, and enhanced sensitivity compared to traditional DNA quantitation methods. The assay can be conducted at room temperature, simplifying the procedure.

To perform the assay, simply dilute the reagent with the provided buffer, add your sample (accepting any volume between 1 µl and 50 µl), and measure the fluorescence using a fluorescence plate reader or fluorometer, such as Qubit® or Quantus™ Fluorometer. The kit demonstrates excellent tolerance to common contaminants, including proteins, salts, solvents, and detergents, making it a robust choice for accurate dsDNA quantitation in various sample conditions.
