VAHTS Universal V8 RNA-seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina is an RNA-seq library preparation kit specifically designed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. The kit is perfectly compatible with total RNA from various types of samples, and the minimum starting input required for this kit is as low as 10 ng.In addition, this kit combines second-strand synthesis, end repair, and dA-tailing in a single step and eliminates the need for purification during the process, which greatly streamlines the operation workflow and shortens the library preparation time. The kit also provides two types of cDNA Second- Strand Synthesis Buffer for either general or strand-specific RNA-seq library preparation.
Key Features
• Rapid: Streamlined operation workflow reduces RNA-seq library preparation time to 3 h.
• Compatible: Higher success rate of library preparation for low starting input amounts and degraded samples.
• High Quality: Excellent sequencing data quality results in more uniform coverage of transcript regions.

Case Study
1. Broad species compatibility
For different species and input amounts, NR605 can successfully construct libraries with normal yields, indicating that NR605 is compatible with samples from a variety of sources.
2. For degraded samples, it has a higher success rate in library construction
NR605 can successfully build libraries for FFPE samples of different qualities
3. Higher data uniformity
Libraries constructed using different transcriptome library preparation products have high consistency in sequencing uniformity
4. More abundant gene detection number
For the same sequencing amount, libraries constructed using different transcriptome library preparation products can obtain relatively rich gene detection numbers; however, for low starting input, NR605 has a richer gene detection number.
